The terms of running on RestoPlus.

01Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RestoPlus POS and RestoPlus Waiter apps, the QR ordering menu, the web console, and related services (together, the “Service”) provided by CodFather Logic LLP (“RestoPlus”, “we”, “us”).

By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using RestoPlus on behalf of a restaurant or business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for that organisation. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

02The Service

RestoPlus provides software to run restaurant operations — floor and tables, kitchen tickets, billing and day-close, QR ordering, inventory and reports. We may add, change or remove features over time to improve the Service. Some features depend on a network connection and on third-party services, and may be unavailable from time to time.

03Accounts & access

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for keeping login credentials and staff PINs confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account and the accounts of your staff.
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use or security concern at info@restoplus.in.
• Each restaurant’s data is isolated by company and role; you must not attempt to access data belonging to another restaurant.

04Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or tax obligation.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or copy the Service except as permitted by law.
• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful, or that you do not have the right to use.

05Your data & content

You and your restaurant own the data you put into RestoPlus — your menu, orders, bills, customers and reports. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, back up and display that data so we can provide the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

06Fees

Where a paid plan applies, fees, billing cycle and any applicable taxes will be made clear to you before you subscribe. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We will give reasonable notice of any change to fees.

07Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (for example hosting, push notifications, crash diagnostics, and any delivery or payment provider you choose to integrate). Your use of those integrations may be subject to the provider’s own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

08Availability & changes

We work to keep RestoPlus reliable, but the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may perform maintenance, update the apps, or modify or discontinue features. We are not liable for interruptions outside our reasonable control.

09Suspension & termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, liability and dispute terms) will continue to apply. You can request export or deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10Disclaimers & liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RestoPlus disclaims all implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. You are responsible for keeping your own records and for the accuracy of the figures you record in RestoPlus, including for tax and accounting purposes.

11Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India will have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless a different governing law and jurisdiction are required for your location.

12Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
